A little anachronism in the heart of the historic district. Here you are face to face with the Monster of Market Square! Commissioned by the merchants and created by the contemporary artist Xavier Veilhan, this 4.80-meter statue bridges the past and the present. Indeed, the sculptor wanted to draw inspiration from the fantastical characters found on medieval city crests while giving it a modern twist. Whether you love it or hate it, Market Square is gradually becoming Monster Square.
