Orleans Sculpture

Ce point d’intérêt est disponible en audio dans le circuit: Visit Orleans, Walking through history with Clovis, Joan of Arc and Attila
Following the example of several major cities in France and around the world, Orléans decided to create its own emblem — a bold, simple “O” standing three meters tall, designed by artist Jean Dubrana. The very first one was unveiled in 2017 on Place du Martroi, and the seven Os you see here soon followed. Others have been installed across the city, each offering a unique frame through which to admire Orléans’ most iconic sights. Here, of course, it’s all about the river — the heart and soul of the city.
