Summer shuttles

This point of interest is available as audio on the tour: Visit Orange, The City of Princes
We’re heading up the wide avenue in front of you to reach the impressive Triumphal Arch. If you’re visiting Orange during the summer months, you can take the free shuttle buses provided by the city. These can really save you some walking, especially on hot summer days. You can also park your car at the Arc de Triomphe parking lot, just outside the city center, and hop on a shuttle. The Augustines, as we call them, run from July 1 to September 2, every day except public holidays, from 9AM to 7PM. There’s just 1 line and it takes you from the Triumphal Arch all the way to the Saint-Eutrope hill, via the Place de la République and the ancient theater. Plus, you can even flag them down on the way for a convenient on-demand stop!
