You’re now standing at the foot of the Central Park Tower. It’s the second-tallest tower in New York, rising to 472 meters. Construction started in 2015 and the top 88 floors were designed to house luxury apartments. The first seven floors house a shopping mall. The edifice is located on 57th Street, also known as “Billionaires’ Row,” and it’s the world’s tallest residential building! Its luxury apartments offer incredible views over Central Park, and residents enjoy a wide range of exclusive services. The building is a relatively new addition to the city’s skyline, having only been completed in 2019. Though not as famous as the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center, it remains one of the most impressive glass towers in the world. This architectural marvel cost a staggering $3 billion to build.
