Barbusse footbridge

This point of interest is available as audio on the tour: Visit Nantes, The City of the Dukes
As you leave the island through this high footbridge, enjoy a panoramic view over the Erdre and its pretty barges. A perfect place for a great picture! The quay below you and the footbridge were both named after Henri Barbusse, a French pacifist writer who died in 1935. To your left, the quay becomes that of the Motte Rouge, the departure point of the Erdre cruise boats.
