This imposing building is none other than the residence of the Lord Mayors of London! Built in the 18th century to house the city’s mayors, Mansion House was designed in the Palladian style of the famous architect Palladio, who contributed to the development of Italian Renaissance architecture. It comprises the private flats of the Lord Mayor and his family, as well as a ballroom, meeting rooms and a grand salon. Indeed, nothing is too good for the Lord Mayor of London!
