Snaregade and Magstraede streets

Here are two of the oldest streets in Copenhagen! As you can see, they’ve never lost their spark despite existing since the 16th century. Houses here clearly foreshadow what the city could have looked like at the time, showcasing their bright colours and beautiful Danish architecture. They are part of the capital’s most ancient roads, so you’ll inevitably go back in time when visiting! Around here, you’ll find some of the city’s oldest houses, dating back from the 16th and 17th century.
