Ce point d’intérêt est disponible en audio dans le circuit: Visit Chicago, Windy City a Michigan Beauty
Have you noticed? Chicago is really green. Public parks are vast and well-maintained. Here, you are in the Maggie Daley Park, created in 2012 from the conversion of the northern part of Grant Park, previously a parking lot. Nowadays it’s a park with various infrastructures such as an ice-skating rink, a climbing wall, a mini golf and a tennis courts. You will also find the Cancer Survivors’ Garden, a contemplative park designed as an ode to hope and the celebration of life. Our tour heads North, but if you were to keep South, you would arrive at the Institute of Modern Art, while passing through the starting point of the Chicago Marathon and the Grant Park, with its famous Buckingham Fountain. If you have time to explore or to come back, do not miss out on visiting the fantastic Field Museum of Natural History and the Adler Planetarium, from where you will undoubtedly see the most beautiful skyline of the city!
