Once you reach the top of the bastion, you’re rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. You can see Regina Margherita Avenue winding down towards the port, as well as the rooftops of the Villanova district, with the salt ponds and Mount Urpinu in the background. There’s also a stunning view over the Bay of Angels and the villages scattered across the hills.
