Top 3 events in Bordeaux
When it comes to programming its annual events, Bordeaux is the complete opposite of its nickname of ‘Sleeping Beauty’.
To everyone’s surprise, the worlds of wine and gastronomy are at the centre of Bordeaux’s highlights. The local heritage is so extensive and diverse that a number of events dedicated to these products take place throughout the year.
Good news for travellers who drink little or no alcohol: you won’t be left out in the cold. The non-alcoholic cocktails in Bordeaux are truly delicious, and the events are packed with culinary specialities, each more gourmet than the last! You’ll be able to try them at most of the culinary events.
Free or paid, open to the general public or intimate, the choice of Bordeaux events is vast. This is almost paradoxical, as the city is generally rather quiet. Music and family pop-ups here and there may surprise you as you stroll along the Atlantic coast.
