  • By Train: From Avignon stations (centre and TGV), take the TER AVignon-Carpentras and get off at the Gare de Monteux stop. From there, take line 5 to the Lac de Monteux stop.
  • By bus: From Avignon, take line 5 (Avignon/Carpentras) to the Lac de Monteux stop (5-minute walk).
  • By car: Exit 23 on the A7 (Marseille/Lyon) or A9 (Spain) motorway – follow signs for Carpentras (A7) or Avignon (A9) and take the WAVE ISLAND exit.
  • Parking: Various municipal pay car parks are located near the park.
  • In summer: For every glass of ice cream or cocktail purchased (even non-alcoholic), parking is free! So remember to keep your receipt!

  • For the 2023 season : The park is open every day from 17 June to 3 September, from 10am to 7pm.
  • The park will also open on the weekend of 10 and 11 June.
  • Surfing courses will be offered on Ascension weekend, from 17 to 21 May.

3. Atlantic Park – Landes

In the Landes, they know all about water sports! So come and discover the wonderful world of Atlantic Park, in Seignosse, by the ocean.

3,000m² of pools heated to 27°C, 1,400 metres of slides, a host of water activities, dizzying slides, fun facilities and areas of greenery or beach are all available to you in the largest water park on the southern Aquitaine coast, just 5 minutes from the beach!

4. Aqualand – Fréjus

On holiday on the Côte d’Azur? Why not add a little spice to your sunbathing on the beach? Aqualand Fréjus is one of the biggest water parks on the Côte d’Azur!

6. Western Splash – Corsica

France’s last water park has sprung up under the Corsican sun! Opened in 2017 near Bastia, Western Splash offers a 600 m² wave pool, sun loungers and parasols to relax by the pools while the more adventurous rush down the slides!

8. Aquaparc Isis – Jura
